Bergman, Raymond (1939 - 1999)

Raymond Bergman, 60, Thorp, WI, Town of Taft, died Monday, March 22, 1999 at Victory Medical Center, Stanley, WI.
Ray was born on February 13, 1939 in Clayton, Wisconsin, the son of Harold and Louise (Monio) Bergman. He grew up in the Clayton area and attended area schools. He was united in marriage to Connie Mahal on February 26, 1967 in Chippewa Falls, WI. After their marriage they lived in Stanley, then moving to Waupun, Wisconsin where they lived for 18 years. Then they moved back to the Thorp area where they have lived since. He was an operator's Engineer for Local 139 for many years.

Ray is survived by his wife, Connie of rural Thorp, WI two sons: Timothy (Renee) Mahal of Stanley, WI and Scott (Rebecca) Bergman of Cadott, WI three grandsons: Tyler Reid, Tyler James and Brady. He is also survived by three sisters: Deloris (Myron) Dallman of Merrill, WI, Loretta Johnson of Rhinelander, WI and Bernice Pachel of Madison, WI. He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister, Christine Hoffman and 2 brothers, Earl and Donald Bergman.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, march 27, 1999, 1:00 p.m. at Plombon Funeral Home in Stanley, WI. A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. till time of service on Saturday. Eau Claire Memorial Crematory served the family.
