AREA RESIDENT DIES AT AGE 89
GREENWOOD--Services will be held at 2 p.m.
Tuesday at the Hill Funeral Home here, for Albert T. Dahl, 89, of
Greenwood, Clark County, who died at 6:20 a.m. Sunday Jan. 31, 1971
at the Memorial Home in Neillsville.
The Rev. David Wenger, pastor of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, will
officiate and burial will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitations may be made at the Hill Funeral Home until time of
services on Tuesday.
Mr. Dahl was born April 6, 1881, in Grant County, Wis., and was
married Feb. 14, 1912, at Montfort, Wis., to Cora Mabel Peterson,
who preceded him in death July 29, 1951.
The couple came to Greenwood after their marriage.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Louise (Alice) Behrens,
Greenwood two grandchildren two great-grandchildren and two
sisters, Miss Edith Dahl, and Mrs. Otelia Prewett, both of Fort
Worth, Texas.

Dahl, Albert T. (6 April 1881 - 31 January 1971)
Albert T. Dahl, 89, of Greenwood died January 31, in Neillsville. Mr. Dahl,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Dahl, was born April 6, 1881, in Grant County. He was
married on February 14, 1912, in Montford to Cora Mabel Peterson. She died July
29, 1951. In 1919 they came to live in Greenwood, and Mr. Dahl lived here until
he went to reside in Memorial Home.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Louis
(Alice) Behrens; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two sisters,
Miss Edith Dahl and Mrs. Otelia Prewett, both of Fort Worth, Tex.
Funeral
services were held Tuesday from the Hill Funeral Home. The Rev. David Wenger,
pastor of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, officiated. Burial was made in the
Greenwood Cemetery
