OBITUARY OF FRANK ENDERS (1848-1928)
Mr. Frank Enders passed away at his home northeast of Greenwood,
Clark County, Monday, Dec. 17, 1928, being 72 years of age.
Deceased was born at Hartford, Wis., and at the age of 12 moved to
Plum City, Wis. with his parents, where he resided for 32 years.
His father died when Frank was 19 years old and it was up to him to
provide a living for his mother and the other children. Through
hard work he was able to support the family.
Twenty eight years ago he came to Greenwood, where he resided until
his death.
He leaves to mourn his loss, one sister and three brothers, Nick
Enders of Greenwood, Mrs. Anna Geiger of Hudson, Wis., Peter Enders
of Rice Lake, Wis., and Anthony Enders of Libby, Mont.
Funeral services were held from the local Catholic Church Thursday
forenoon, Rev. W. Daniels officiating. The body was laid to rest in
the local Catholic Cemetery.
Deceased was well and favorably known here and the many friends
extend sympathy to the bereaved relatives.
Those from away who were here to attend the funeral were Mrs. Kate
Marson of Hudson, Wis., Peter Enders of Rice Lake, Wis., and Miss
Annie Enders of St. Paul, Minn.
