STELLA FRANK

Stella Mae Frank, 83, Neillsville, Clark County, died Thursday, Oct. 7, 1993, at Memorial Nursing Home, Neillsville. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, 1993, at Grace United Methodist Church, Greenwood. Rev. Jenny Schroeder officiated. Burial was in the Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were Dale Jolivette, Delton Jolivett, David Frank and Donald Decker.

Stella Mae Jolivette was born May 20, 1910, on French Island, La Crosse County, to Isadore and Maria (nee Peterson) Jolivette. She reived her education at La Tart Grade School, Greenwood High School, and Normal School at Stevens Point. She taught school for a couple of years before her marriage. She married Lester J. Frank on Feb. 29, 1936, in Owen. He preceded her in death in Sept. 1977. They farmed in the Greenwood area. She lived in Greenwood until Sept. 1986, when she entered the nursing home. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and Grace United Methodist Women.

Survivors include one son, Donald L. Frank, Beloit and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband her parents one sister, Esther Dusso and six brothers, Ed, Lee, Harris, Gerald, Raymond and Robert.
