Raymond Fritsche (1928-2000)
Raymond J. Fritsche, 71, Cape Coral, Fla.,
died Saturday, Feb. 12 at Lee Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Feb. 15 at St. Andrew
Catholic Church.
Raymond Fritsche was born in July of 1928 at Dorchester to the late
Herman and Veronica Fritsche. He graduated from Dorchester High
School, Clark County, WI in 1946. He was manager of Clark Super gas
station in Wausau before moving to Cape Coral 20 years ago. He then
worked in the garden center of Home Depot in North Fort Meyers,
Fla.
He was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing,
photography, and telling a good joke.
He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Gavin and Vicki (Fred)
Olsewski, both of Cape Coral one son, Michael, Cape Coral one
brother, Franklin (Alice), Schofield one sister, Agnes (Ben) Yunek,
Merrill two grandchildren and special companion Phyllis
Menke.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister,
Marie Free in 1963.
