OBITUARY--Leonard Himes

The death angel has been in our midst and taken one of our fairest and brightest buds to bloom in heaven. Little Leonard Himes was born Mar. 22, 1910. Son of Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Himes was taken ill Sunday, May 14, about noon, and was taken to the Marshfield hospital Tuesday afternoon where he passed to the better land Friday morning, May 19, aged 6 years, 1 month, and 27 days. Mr. and Mrs. Himes were with him in Marshfield. He leaves to mourn his loss his parents, five sisters and five brothers, an uncle and a brother-in-law, who are all still under the home roof besides grandparents, aunts and uncles in the west and a host of friends here who deeply sympathize with all the bereaved ones. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Roberts, Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the church. Remains were laid to rest in the beautiful Greenwood Cemetery.
