MRS. HUBERT HORN


GREENWOOD--Mrs. Hubert (Anna) Horn, 87, Route 3, Greenwood, Clark County, died Saturday evening Sept. 15, 1984 at her home.


Services will be at 11 A.M. Wednesday at Immanuel United Church of Christ, Greenwood. The Rev. Alwyn York will officiate. Burial will be in the Braun Settlement Cemetery.


Pallbearers will be nephews, Herbert, Lloyd, Darrel, Donald and Norman Horn, and Irvin Humke.


Visitation will be after 3 P.M. Tuesday at Rinka Funeral Home, Greenwood, and Wednesday at the church from 9:00 A.M. until services.


The former Anna Myrin was born Dec. 23, 1896 in the Town of Reseburg, a daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Stigen) Myrin. She received her education at the Sterling School, rural Withee. On June 22, 1927, in Zion Reformed Church parsonage in Greenwood, she was married to Hubert Horn. He survives.


Until retiring in 1975, the couple farmed in the Town of Longwood. After retiring, they moved to the Town of Warner, where they have lived since.


She was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ, and the Salem Ladies Aid.


Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Duane of La Crosse, and Gerald of Greenwood one daughter, Mrs. Wayland (Darlene) Tessar of Kewaskum four grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Emma Braun of the Neillsville Memorial Home.
She was predeceased by three brothers.
