OSCAR A. HORN


Oscar August Horn, 64, Owen, a Former resident of Greenwood, died suddenly of a heart attack Monday morning, Jan. 15, 1951, at Owen. 


Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Salem Evangelical and Reformed Church, Braun Settlement with Rev. B. M. Fresenborg officiating. Burial will be made in the Braun Settlement cemetery.


The body is reposing at the Griebenow Funeral Home, Owen. Thursday noon it will be taken to the church to be there until the time of services.


Mr. Horn is survived by five children, seven grandchildren, and the following brothers and sisters, Gustave, Henry, Hubert, and Otto, Greenwood Ervin, Owen Arthur, Onaka, S. D., Mrs. George (Mathilda) Poppe, Greenwood Mrs. Mark (Dora) Schuman, Watertown, S. D. and Mrs. William (Laura) Beecroft, Salem, Oregon.


His wife, the former Anna Damerow, preceded him in death.
