Joseph Krzyzanski (1915 - 1999)

Joseph Krzyzanski, 83, Thorp, WI, died Sunday, April 18, 1999 at Lakeside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Chippewa Falls, WI.

Joseph was born September 8, 1915 at Thorp, WI to Joseph and Rose (Griakowski) Krzyzanski. Joe was raised in the Thorp area, was a veteran of World War II and was a custodian at Thorp High School for many years. He married Ann Luzinski September 1, 1941 at St. Mary's Church, Lublin, WI.

Surviving are his wife Ann Krzyzanski of Thorp; one daughter Mary Ann (Edward) Bieno, Stoughton; WI 2 grandchildren 2 great-grandchildren and two sisters: Lucy and Alice. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 21, 1999, 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Thorp, WI with Rev. Robert Wilcken officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Withee, WI. Visitation was at the Thorp Funeral Home, Tuesday and one hour prior to the service at the church.
