HEBERT SERVICES HELD AT SPENCER
Roy Hebert, 95, a resident of the Colonial House of Colby, passed
away at his home on Monday, July 26, 1976.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m., on Wednesday, July 28, at
Rux Funeral Home, Spencer. Rev. Henry Bahrenburg Jr. officiated,
and Mrs. Carol Kasper was the soloist, accompanied by Mrs. Linda
Roder on the organ. Rux Funeral Home, Spencer, was in charge of
arrangements.
Roy Hebert, son of the late Isaac and Minnie Hebert, was born in
Clark County, Wis. on March 12, 1881. He married Blanche Bump on
Nov. 7, 1906, at Campbellsport, Wis. He farmed in , retiring in
1970, when he moved to the Colonial House of Colby.
Surviving him are two children, Mrs. Carl (Ione) Dallman, Colby and
Mrs. Lester (Eleanor) Binning, Marshfield one sister, Mrs. Tessie
Joss, Lebo, Kansas one brother, Chester Hebert, Loyal and two
grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Arnold Bruesewitz, Warren Jacobitz, Lester Kenyon,
Leland Hebert, Verlyn Joss and Frank Pfeffer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and three
brothers.
