OBITUARY OF RITA ANN MCKENNA

Rita Ann McKenna, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Mckenna, was born Oct. 4, 1925. She had whooping cough, then developed a case of the flu which turned into pneumonia.

Although everything possible was done to prolong her life, she quietly passed away Jan. 7, 1928, at 11:30 P.M. at the home of her parents 3 miles southeast of Greenwood, Clark County.

Had she lived one more hour she would have been in bed fourteen days, during all that time she never murmured or complained, but suffered patiently. She was a very bright and loving child and will be sadly missed by her heart broken parents.

The body was taken to St. Mary's Church Friday forenoon, where high mass was celebrated, Rev. Father Daniels officiating. The remains were laid to rest in the Catholic Cemetery.
