SUDDEN DEATH OF JAMES MERRILL

James Merrill, a farmer residing in the town of Beaver, dropped dead in front of the Keiner Meat Market last Thursday morning at about 9:30 o'clock. Mr. Merrill had brought a crate of chickens to the market and was about ready to start for home. He went to the car to turn on the switch when a sudden attack of heart failure ended his life.

Deceased was about 60 years of age and well known throughout this community. He leaves a number of children to mourn him.

The funeral was held on Monday of this week.

The bereaved family and other relatives have the sympathy of their many friends.
