Parmetier, Kathleen (1916 - 1999)
Kathleen (Bohman) Parmentier, 82, former Thorp-Stanley area resident passed through the mystery of deathy into the Hands of God on April 23, 1999 at Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The deceased was born in the Town of Worden, Clark County, on July
30, 1916 and grew to adulthood along with her siblings on their
parents farm home. She received her elementary education at Busy
Bee School, District 6 and graduated from Stanley High School with
the Class of 1935. Thereafter, she was employed as a nurse at St.
Joseph's Hosptial, Marshfield and later at St. Vincent's Hospital,
Green Bay until her marriage to Robert Parmentier in 1940. She was
a devoted wife and mother caring for her home, husband and two
daughters.
Her daughters, Judith Ann Stankiewicz, Dawn Marie Cavil and their
husbands, Wayne Stankiewicz and Jim Cavil survive. All reside in
Green Bay. In addition, she leaves behind her beloved grandchildren
one granddaughter, four grandsons and four great grandchildren two
sisters: Geraldine Shifflett, of Los Angeles, California and Marian
Bohman of Glendale, California survive. Her husband (Bob
Parmentier) her parents (John and Margaret Bohman) and two
brothers, Wilfred and Leonard preceded her in death.
Funeral Mass was celebrated at the The Church of the Annunciation,
Green Bay, on April 26, 1999 at 11:00 p.m. Burial followed in Fort
Howard Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were conducted by Blaney
Funeral Home, Green Bay.
