EVERETT RENNE
KENOSHA Everett M. Renne, 79, of Kenosha,
died April 6, 2001, at his residence.
Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. Monday at the Piasecki-Althaus
Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave. Private interment will be held in
Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
Visitation for Mr. Renne will be held Monday at the funeral home
from 4 p.m. until the time of service. Memorial remembrances to
Hospice Alliance would be appreciated by the family.
He was born Jan. 22, 1912, in Granton, the son of Russel and
Caroline (Mason) Renne. He attended schools in Granton, moving to
Kenosha in 1944.
On Sept. 9, 1944, he married Valera M. Briggs.
From 1954 until his retirement in 1983, he was employed for OMC
(Johnson Motors), in Waukegan, Ill.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree and enjoyed
gardening. He especially enjoyed building wooden clocks, fishing,
camping, his in-home Bible study and having lunch with his
sister.
Survivors include his two daughters, Heidi (Donald) Sekowski of
Birchwood and Debra (Clarence) Welch of Salem a sister, Reva Haebig
of Kenosha and five grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents his wife, Valera Renne in
1999 a brother, Forrest Renne and a sister, Beatrice Bauck.
