John Schreiner
WAUSAU John Phillip Schreiner, 87, of Rib Lake, died April 14, 2001
at Wausau Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Johns
Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rib Lake.
Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Rib Lake.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Dallmann-Kniewel
Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until
service time Wednesday at the church.
John Schreiner was born March 25, 1914, in the town of Greenwood to
George and Frances (nee Haider) Schreiner. He owned and operated
Rib Lake Roller Mill from 1959 until his retirement in 1977.
John is survived by his wife Edna two sons, William Bill (Laurie)
Schreiner of Rib Lake and Robert (Sandra) Schreiner of Medford six
daughters, Dori (Richard) Rhody of Sun Prairie, Donna (Henry) Thums
of Rib Lake, Karen (Herb) Schubert of Rib Lake, Barb (Ron)
Budimlija of Schofield Sue Schreiner of Washburn and Kathy Alden of
Madison.
He is also survived by two brothers, Elmer (Helen) Schreiner of
Loyal and Alfred (Laverne) Schreiner of Niles, Ill. four sisters,
Ella Guy of Rib Lake, Agnes Krause of Weston, Emma Schoonover of
Casper, Wyo. and Ruth Quednow of Rib Lake 17 grandchildren and
seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
