HOME GLEANINGS--YORK.
Mrs. Wm. Smithers died at her home last
Friday noon of paralysis at the age of 81 years. She had been an
invalid for over two years having fractured her right leg at thtat
time and has not been able to walk since. Her husband preceeded her
in death six months ago. She leaves surviving her six daughters.
Her funeral takes place today from the M. E. church at York Center,
Rev. Bryan officiating, interment taking place in the cemetery at
the Center.
