ROBERT SPAETH (1956 - 2000)
 

Robert Jon SPAETH, 44, of the Town of Edson, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2000, at his residence.


He was born January 21, 1956, in Chippewa Falls, the son of Sylvester and Lorraine (LICHT) SPAETH. He grew up in the town of Edson, attending area schools and graduating from Stanley-Boyd High School in 1974. He then graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College in 1975.


He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Order of Foresters Court 1536. He enjoyed his family, especially his nieces and nephews, coming out to the farm.


He is survived by his parents seven brothers, Dennis (friend Debbie) of Menomonie, Dale (Donna Jean) of Wichita, KS, David of Boyd, Dean (Karen) of Stanley, Mike (Missy) of Boyd, Jim of Boyd, and Gary (Cindy) of Boyd four sisters, Patricia (Randy) OSBORNE of Shawano, Jeanne (Ted) SUMMERFIELD of Boyd, Kathy (Jeff) MAY of Stanley, and Mary (Matt) KNITTER of Cadott sister-in-law, Denise of Wichita, KS and many nieces and nephews.


He is preceded in death by his grandparents sister, Judy nephew, Scott.


Funeral services were Wednesday, February 23, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Boyd. Father Robert Nelson officiated. His nephews served as pallbearers. Interment was in Sacred Heart Cemetery in the Town of Edson.


Plombon Funeral Home of Stanley was in charge of the arrangements.
