GREENWOOD--Kenneth A. Stafford, 67, Greenwood, Clark County, died at 11:30 a.m. Sunday Mar. 24, 1970 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, where he had been a patient for the past nine weeks.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Grace United Methodist Church. The Rev. Lee Holmes, Marshfield will officiate and burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Hill Funeral Home beginning Tuesday afternoon and until 11 a.m. Wednesday, then at the church.

Mr. Stafford was born July 6, 1902, at Janesville, and came to the Greenwood area with his parents at the age of 6. His marriage to Edith Gray took place at Winona, Minn., on June 5, 1928.

He was employed with the Line Yard Lumber Company and worked in various places in Wisconsin. In 1965 he retired and the couple came to Greenwood, and had resided here since.

Survivors include his wife, a son, Kenney Stafford, Neenah three grandchildren a brother, a sister, Mrs. Paul (Lillian) Rossow, Withee.

He was preceded in death by a brother.
