WILLIAM E. KIVIKO
Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m., on Monday, Dec. 20,
at the Rux Funeral Home, Spencer, for William E. Kiviko, 62, of
Route 1, Spencer, who passed away at 6:05 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 17,
1976, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
Rev. David J. Ault officiated and Mrs. Arnold Stelzl played organ.
Burial was made in the Riverside Cemetery, Withee.
William E. Kiviko was born to the late John and Sophie Kiviko at
Owen, Clark County on March 8, 1914. He received his education in
the Owen School District. He was married to Lila Hautamaki, who
preceded him in death in 1956. He then married Lucy Anderson on
Dec. 6, 1956. They farmed in various places in Clark County, and
for the past 18 years he worked for the Spencer School System.
Surviving him are his wife, Lucy two sons, Roger, Homewood, Ill.
and John of Spencer four daughters, Mrs. Myron (Lois) Anderson,
Flint, Mich., Mrs. Melvin (Joyce) Mohan, Colby, Mrs. Kenneth (Lila)
Chapman, Wausau, and Mrs. Frank (Karen) Hitzman, Addison, Ill.
three brothers, Reino, DeKalb, Ill., John, DeKalb, Ill., and
Leonard of Owen one sister, Mrs. Einar (Lila) Jackson, Greenwood
and 17 grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Charles Steffenhagen, Walter Matter, Russell
Sampson, Ed Erdmanczyk, Arlyn Schwantes and James Dillio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one son and
one daughter.
