RACHEL BRAGER
Rachel Brager, 84, a former Greenwood, Clark County resident,
passed away Thursday, Dec. 21, 1976 at Memorial Hospital in
Stanley.
Rev. Harold Palmer officiated, Mr. Gary Schultz sang, accompanied
by Miss Berdell Neilsen on the organ.
Burial was made at the Greenwood Cemetery, with Rinka Funeral Home
in charge.
The former Rachel Clintsman was born to Charles and Ellen Clintsman
on Dec. 18, 1892, in the town of Weston. She received her education
in Clark County.
She was married to Erland Brager on Sept. 21, 1922, in Muskegon.
They farmed in the Waukesha area until her husband's death in 1931.
In the late 50's she moved to Greenwood, where she lived in
retirement until 1962, then she moved to Taylor County to live with
her son at Gilman.
She is survived by one son, Kenneth, of Gilman three brothers,
Floyd, Homassa Springs, Fla., Fred, Greenwood, and Francis,
Greenwood two sisters, Mrs. Olive Leininger, Fond du Lac, and Mrs.
Celia Bertholdt, St. Paul and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Dale Clintsman, Francis Clintsman, Alfred
Thompson, Larry Brager, Dennis Brager, and Kenneth Brager.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
