OBITUARY NOTICE, July 20, 1977

MRS. WINNIFRED CECELIA OLSON STREBE (Mar. 23, 1905-July 22,1977)

Word has been received in Wausau of the death of Mrs. Winnifred Strebe, 72, who died in Torrance, Calif. July 22. Services were held at Lulloff Funeral Home Tuesday. Burial was in Colby Cemetery.

The former Winnifred Olson was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Olson. She married Henry Pokallus in August 1922. He died in June 1968.

Survivors include a son, Lloyd, Portland, OR, three daughters, Mrs. Lucille Zugier, Milwaukee, Mrs. Vera Prahl, Long Beach, Calif. and Mrs. Verna Harris, Lake Tahoe, NV two brothers, Lawrence Olson, Chippewa Falls, and Byron Oson, Colby three sister, Mrs. Elva Ven Rooy, Abbotsford, Mrs. Edith Reil, Oshkosh, and Mrs. Dorothy Totzke, Scholfield 20 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
