OBITUARY MENTION

Mrs. Marcia L. Flower Ware, whose death occurred Sunday afternoon, Mar. 9, was born in the town of Augusta, Oneida county, New York, Jan. 21, 1819.

Shortly after her marriage to Asaph Ware she removed to Illinois, remaining there but a short time, moving to Wisconsin in 1847. She lived the most of her life at Stockbridge, Calumet county, where she was left a widow three years ago last October. Since that time she has made her home with her youngest son, Herbert Ware.

Five children blest the home of Father and Mother Ware, two of them preceding them to the spirit world. Those remaining are a sister who resides in Stockbridge, J. G. Ware of Twenty-six road and Herbert Ware.

Grandma Ware was a consistent member of the the Methodist Episcopal church, her faith in God was undaunted. Even when in trial or suffering she always exemplified a Christian character. During the last few years she often expressed a desire to be released and go to those who had gone before, but He in whose hands are all our ways allotted unto her 83 years, 1 month and 16 days.

Services were held Monday at 3 p.m. at the home of Herbert Ware, conducted by Rev. W. E. Kloster. The quartet consisting of Messrs. Hartson and Hunt, Mrs. Julian Baker and Miss Faye hunt, sang "Only Waiting," "Gathering Home" and "Jesus, Lover of My Soul."

The remains, accompanied by J. G. and Herbert Ware, were taken to Stockbridge for interment Tuesday morning.
