OLD SETTLER DIES FRIDAY
 

M. E. Wilson, one of the older settlers of Greenwood, died Friday, October 2nd. Mr. Wilson had been fading for some time. For many years he owned and operated a nursery and supplied this community with plants of all kinds.

Deceased leaves his wife and a number of children.

Funeral services were held from the home Saturday afternoon and the body laid to rest in the Greenwood Cemetery.
