OBITUARY
Wm. Neumann, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theo.
Neumann, died at the hostelry of H. Warner on Wednesday, April 15,
1914, from urine poisoning. Deceased had suffered constantly since
last Friday until death came to relieve him of agony. He had not
been in good health for several months, having recently returned
for Rochester, Minn., where he had been for treatment at the Mayo
Hospital. The trouble at that time was though to be slight, and
after taking treatment was sent home to rest. He returned to his
duties in the employ of H. A. Wescott in this city a few weeks ago
and was thought to be in fairly good health.
Friday of last week he did not work and went to his room, where he
was found later to be quite ill. Medical aid was had from
Marshfield but was of no assistance to him, as he died a few hours
later.
Theo Neumann, of Fairchild, father of deceased arrived here Sunday
and remained until after his son's demise.
Mrs. Neumann and daughters Eda and Bertha and sons Albert and Amil
arrived here Wednesday morning from Fairchild. The body was take to
Fairchild Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday at the
German Lutheran Church by Rev. Neuman.
Deceased was born Oct. 6, 1887, and was 26 years of age at death.
He leaves, besides his parents, four brothers and five sisters to
mourn his death, and numerous friends her and at Fairchild.
