OBITUARY

Armond Douglas, the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Haas of Withee, Wis., was born Sept. 5, 1909.

He was an exceptionally bright child, well liked by everyone who knew him. He was a favorite of old and young, for he always had a pleasant word for all he came in contact with.

He was taken ill Monday night, but played with his toys on Tuesday and his parent had hopes it was only a slight attack of indigestion. He was taken sick again Tuesday night and all that loving hands and medical care could do was of no avail and he passed from this earth to that land from which no one ever returns , at 7:45 o'clock Friday morning Dec. 12, 1913.

About half an hour before death he realized what was about to take place and bade his parents goodbye.

Our hearts go out in sympathy at this time to the parents so suddenly bereft of their darling child.

The funeral was held Sunday Dec. 14. Service was conducted by Rev. Willmarth at the home and in the M. E. church of Withee. Interment was made in the Withee Cemetery.
