MRS. JOHN NOVAK PASSES AWAY

Mrs. John Novak passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, early Sunday evening, May 1, 1936, at the age of 24 years, 11 months and 6 days. Mrs. Novak had been seriously ill for some time caused mainly by Scarlet Fever.

Ruth McIntyre was born at Rice Lake, Wis., June 11, 1911. On July 30, 1935, she was married at River Falls to John Novak. The couple came to Greenwood, Clark County, where Mr. Novak has been athletic instructor at the local high school for the past three years.

During her short residence in Greenwood, Mrs. Novak made a host of friends, who extend their heartfelt sympathy to Mr. Novak, in this his hour of sorrow.

Funeral services were held Wednesday morning, May 20, at St. Brighid's Catholic Church at River Falls.
