PNEUMONIA FATAL TO BABY AT GREENWOOD
FATHER IN ARMY TO ARRIVE HOME FOR FUNERAL RITES


Greenwood--Donald Ivo Stevens, 4-month-old son of Pvt. And Mrs. James Stevens, died suddenly Thursday afternoon, Dec. 31, 1942, at his home in Greenwood, Clark County, the result of pneumonia.


The infant, who was born in Greenwood, Sept. 2, 1942, is survived by his mother of Greenwood his father, who is stationed at an Army camp in Kansas his paternal grandmother, Mrs. W. C. Hammer, Loyal and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Stafford, Greenwood.


The body will lie in state at the Elmer Stafford home, Greenwood, where the Rev. Alex J. Abbott, pastor of Grace Methodist Church, will conduct funeral services Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.


The infant's father will arrive here today from Kansas to attend funeral services tomorrow.
