MRS. ALBERT DUNN


Greenwood--Mrs. Albert Dunn, 54, Babcock, died at 7:15 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 1946 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, where she had been taken earlier in the day.


The body is lying in state at the Stabnow Funeral Home, Greenwood, and funeral rites will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Babcock, where she was a member of the Congregational Church. The Rev. W.B-H O'Neill will conduct the rites and burial will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.


Mrs. Dunn, the former Annaretta Viola Slover, was born in Neillsville, Clark County Dec. 5, 1891, received her education at Tioga, and was married there Jan. 27, 1913 to Albert Dunn.


In 1913 she moved to Montana, where she lived seven years. She returned to Greenwood and lived here 15 years before going to Babcock 10 years ago. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.


Surviving besides her husband are five children, Merrill E. Dunn and Russell E. Dunn, both of Greenwood Mrs. Delton (Ruth) Styles, Chicago and Pvt. Howard and Pvt. Kenneth, both with the U.S. Army of Occupation in Japan. A brother, Ralph Bieglow, resides at Eau Claire and a sister, Mrs. Vera Dean of La Crosse, preceded her in death.
