ROBERT SUSA


Robert Susa, 71, rural Greenwood, Clark County, died Monday, May 14, 1990, at 10:56 p.m. at St. Joseph's Hospital Hospice Care Unite, Marshfield. Funeral services were held Thursday, Mary 17, 1990, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenwood. Rev. James Lesczynski officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were James Susa, Giles Susa Sr., Cletus Susa, John Gatz, Howard Susa, Wayne Thomas and Steve Thomas.


Robert Susa was born Sept. 15, 1918, in the town of Eaton to Joseph and Katie (Wasica) Susa). He graduated from Greenwood High School in 1936. He married Dahlia Butterbrodt on June 14, 1947, in Owen at Holy Rosary Church. He farmed his entire life in the town of Eaton. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenwood.


Survivors include his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Everett (Judy) Thomas, Marshfield Patti, at home Mrs. James (Penny) Smith, Marshfield Three sons, Jacob, Marshfield Thomas, Greenwood Joseph, Eau Claire six grandsons and two granddaughters.


Preceding him in death were his parents.


Rinka Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
