Jenko, Frances (1883

GREENWOOD--Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard for Mrs. Frances (Luzovec) Jenko, 81, Chicago, Ill., a former Willard, Clark County resident, who died of a heart attack about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, 1964, en route from Willard to the Greenwood Clinic. The Rev. William Nikolai will officiate, and burial will be made in the National Cemetery in Willard.
The body is reposing at the Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood until time of services. A general rosary service will be conducted there at 8 p.m. Friday (tonight).
The former Frances Owen was born April 3, 1883, in Yugoslavia. Her marriage to John Luzovec, who preceded her in death, took place in 1902, in Ely, Minn. In 1917, the couple came to the Willard area and settled on a farm.
Her second marriage took place to Anton Jenko in Chicago, Ill., where the couple had made their home. Mr. Jenko died in 1930. Mrs. Jenko had spent the summer months in this area visiting at the homes of her children.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. John (Angelia) Zagozen, Greenwood Mrs. Peter (Sophie) Rodac, Chicago and Mrs. Louis (Mary) Novak, Owen three sons, John Luzovec, Milwaukee Frank Luzovec and Joseph Luzovec, Willard six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two sisters, and three brothers.
