Marden, Kenneth Henry (1907 - 1953)
GREENWOOD, CLARK COUNTY--Kenneth Henry Marden, 46, died suddenly of a heart attack in his trailer home here at 4 o'clock Saturday morning, June 20, 1953.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Grace Methodist Church with the Rev. A.C. Riley officiating and burial will be made in Greenwood Cemetery. Beginning this evening until Thursday noon, the body will repose at the Schiller Funeral Home.
Mr. Marden, who was born April 26, 1907, at Neillsville and received his education in the Greenwood schools, spent most of his life in Greenwood, with the exception of the past year, which he spent in Milwaukee. On June 15 he and his wife had returned here with the intention of building a new home. He was a self-employed carpenter.
On May 6, 1927 he was married to Kathryn Stauber at Milwaukee and she survives him. Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Jack (Betty) Kruger, Loyal one son, Kenneth William Jr., who is in the Navy and stationed in New York his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Marden, and two grandchildren, Priscilla and Kathleen Kruger, Loyal.
Preceding him in death were one son, George, who died in infancy, and one sister, Mrs. Vivian Clow.
