Schuette, Louise (1885 - 1952)

GREENWOOD, CLARK COUNTY--Mrs. Albert Schuette, 67, Greenwood, died at 2:45 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 1952, in St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, where she was admitted about 12:30 p.m. A heart condition caused her death.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Greenwood. The Rev. Walter Schedler, Withee, will officiate and burial will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.

The body is reposing at the Schiller Funeral Home. Thursday afternoon it will be taken to the Schuette home to repose until the time of services.

Mrs. Schuette, the former Louise Jerboe, was born March 18, 1885, in the Town of Montpelier, Kewaunee County, where she received her education. Her marriage to Albert Schuette took place Feb. 3, 1909, in Kewaunee County.

In May of 1909 they came to Clark County and settled on a farm in the Town of Beaver 6 miles north of Loyal. In 1943 they came to Greenwood, where they lived for six years with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Schwarze. Three years ago they purchased their present home in the city.

Mrs. Schuette was an active member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and of its Ladies Aid Society.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, Elmer, Town of Green Grove and Ottmar, Santa Anna, Calif. and a daughter, Mrs. Wesley (Sylvia) Schwarze, Greenwood and one grandson, Billy Schuette, Green Grove.

Three sisters preceded her in death.
