DELLA ERICKSON
Mrs. Della Erickson, 76, died Saturday, May
27, 1978 at the Strum Nursing Home.
The former Della Knoll was born in Chili on Aug. 24, 1901 and was
an elementary school teacher in Clark County. She married Milton
Hawley in 1922 in Neillsville. After his death she married Talbert
Erickson in 1954. He predeceased her.
Survivors include one son, Wilbur Hawley, Omaha, Neb. one brother,
Henry Knoll, Granton five grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren.
Services were held Wednesday, May 31, 1978 at the Immanuel Lutheran
church in Strum at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Axelblom officiated.
Mrs. Luther Monson was the organist and Allen Anderson sang "Peace,
Perfect Peace" and "How Great Thou Art". Pallbearers were Robert
Bockus, Jerald Moltzau, Hugh Sharp, Jerome Johnson, Donald Nelson
and Jewel Berge.
Burial was in the Windfall Cemetery, Granton.
Oftedahl Funeral Home, Osseo, was in charge of arrangements.
