Roum, Wilmer (1912 - 1990)
Word has been received of the death of
Wilmer Roum, 77, Highland, a former resident of Clark County. He
died at St. Mary's
Hospital, Madison. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 18,
1990 at the Catholic Church in Highland.
Wilmer Roum was born in 1912 to Alfred and Pauline (Ameson) Roum in
Iowa County. He lived in Clark County from 1919 to 1933. He
attended Mound School, north of Christie. He married Lucille
Fillback in Highland.
Several children survive, along with sisters, Alma Genett,
Greenwood Lila Keach, Viola Tressa Noah, Neillsville Edna Mostert,
Canby, Ore. Melva Wilhelm, Santana, Fla. Wilma Venden, Ridgeway
Marcella Zemlicka, Dodgeville and Ada Adams, Madison.
