Crume, Theo V. (1903 - 1990)
Theo V. Crume, 87, Neillsville, died Sunday,
Nov. 18, 1990, at Neillsville memorial Hospital, Neillsville.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 21, 1990, at 10 a.m. at
United Methodist Church, Neillsville. Rev. Thomas LaChapelle
officiated and burial was in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
Theo V. Crume was born May 5, 1903, in Jackson County, to Lee and
Ida (nee Wilding) Gower. She married Harley Crume Jan. 27, 1923, in
La Crosse. She was a resident of Neillsville since 1945, coming to
Neillsville from Viroqua.
Survivors include one son, Harlan Crume, Centrailia, Ill. four
daughters, Mrs. Richard (Catherine) Dennison, Libby, Mont. Mrs.
Edward (Carol) Campbell, Clyde, Texas Mrs. Charles (Joan)
Alexander, Chicago, Ill. and Mrs. James (Kay) Buettner, Granton one
brother, Glen Gower, Marshfield 19 grandchildren 43
great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two sisters,
one brother, two daughters, and two grandchildren.
Gesche Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
