Haut, Jennie M. (1908 - 1990)

Jennie M. Haut, 82, Neillsville, died Friday, Nov. 30, 1990, at Neillsville Memorial Hospital, Neillsville. Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 3, 1990, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Neillsville. Father Joseph N. Henseler officiated and burial was in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. Relatives and friends served as pallbearers.

Jennie M. Wavrunek was born May 24, 1908, in Barron County, to Thomas J. and Margaret (nee Wochos) Wavrunek. She attended grade school in Osseo and later high school in Haugen. She then worked in Wilmette, Ill., where she was employed at Illinois Bell Telephone Co. She married Fred L. Haut March 14, 1929, in Evanston, Ill. He preceded her in death March 25, 1986. After her marriage, they moved to Alton, Ill., where she continued to work for the telephone company for several years. After their retirement they moved to Neillsville in 1976. She passed away following a brief illness. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and St. Mary's PCCW.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two brothers, one sister, and two children in infancy.
