Perushek, Ludwig (1907 - 1990)
Ludwig Perushek, 82, died Sunday, June 10,
1990, at his home in Duluth.
Funeral services were at 11 a.m. June 13, 1990, at St. John's
Catholic Church in Duluth. Interment was in the Sunrise Memorial
Park in Duluth.
He was born in 1907 in Ely, Minn., to Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Perushek.
The family moved to the Tioga-Willard area when he was young. He
moved to Duluth in the early 1940's and worked for the U.S. Steel
Co. for 30 years.
He married May Zabukovich, who survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Charles A. and Ludwig J., both of
Duluth one daughter, Mary Ann Kirkhus of Duluth one brother, Tony
of Neillsville three sisters, Mrs. Albert (Pauline) Volk of
Madison, Mrs. George (Mary) Shumate of Duluth and Miss Anne
Perushek of Chicago and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Angeline
Schultz and three brothers, Charles, Frank and Joe.
