Sternitzky, Clarice (1931 - 1990)

Clarice Sternitzky, 58, Neillsville, died Saturday, March 3, 1990, at 6:23 p.m., in the town of Levis, Clark County, in an automobile accident. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 7, 1990, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Neillsville. Rev. Richard Weber officiated. Burial was in Neillsville City Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were family and friends.

Clarice (Fox) Sternitzky was born Aug. 13, 1931, to Emery and Mary (Richter) Fox in Cobb, Wis. She was educated there and then attended the Business College in Madison. On April 15, 1950, she married Duane Sternitzky in Madison. They lived in Milwaukee for six years, where she worked as a legal secretary. They moved to Neillsville in 1956 and owned and operated the Sternitzky Insurance Agency. She worked in the agency as the secretary. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Luther Church.

Survivors include one son, Stephen, Wisconsin Rapids three daughters, Mrs. Randy (Ann) Barth, Chili Jill Sternitzky, Marshfield Amy Sternitzky, Madison one brother, Harold Kramer and four grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were her parents.

Gesche Funeral Home, Inc., was in charge of the arrangements.
