Bartz, Robert A. (1898 - 1991)

Robert A. Bartz, 92, Neillsville, died Wednesday, April 24, 1991, at Neillsville Memorial Home, Neillsville. Graveside services were held April 27, 1991, at 2 p.m. at Yolo Cemetery, town of Fremont, Clark County. Rev. Thomas LaChapelle officiated.

Robert A. Bartz was born Sept. 26, 1898, in Brillion, Wis., to Fred and Caroline (nee Braun) Bartz. He received his education in the Nasonville area. He married Mildred Hodges Sept. 30, 1918, in Loyal. They farmed in the town of Lincoln.

Survivors include one son, Milan Bartz, Cudahy four daughters, Mrs. Eugene (Evelyn) Jepsen, Granton Mrs. Dorothy Greengard, Neillsville Mrs. Leonard (Norma) Kurtz, Milwaukee and Mrs. Arlene Hund, Appleton 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two sons, one daughter, one grandson, one brother, two sisters, two half-brothers, and one half-sister.
