Koschak, Louis J. (1904 - 2001)
Louis J. Koschak, 96, Libertyville, Ill.,
formerly of Willard, Clark County, died on Monday, June 11, 2001,
at the Winchester House Nursing Home, Libertyville, Ill. Funeral
services were held on Thursday, June 14, at St. Patrick s Church,
Wadsworth, Ill., and interment was at ascension Cemetery, Waukegan,
Ill.
Louis J. Koschak was born on Nov. 4, 1904, in Ely, Minn. He grew up
in the Willard area. He retired from U.S. Steel Corp., in Waukegan,
Ill., in 1967.
Survivors include his wife of 74 years, Mary (nee Janezich) Koschak
three sons, Lawrence Koschak, Big Pine Key, Fla., David (Frances)
Koschak, Wadsworth, Ill., and Louis (Nancy) Koschak, Gurnee, Ill.
12 grandchildren 16 great-grandchildren and four sisters, Jennie
(Charles) Krapf, Greenwood, Mary (John) Lesar, Marshfield, Angela
(Tony) Knutel, Milwaukee, and Ann (Hank) Lamovec, Eau Claire.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Johanna Koschak
four brothers, Ignatius, Frank, Ludwig, and Stanley Koschak and one
sister, Christine (Charles) Belensky.
