 Christensen, Karen (1830 - 1926)

Mrs. Karen Christensen, aged 95 years, six months, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nels K. Sorenson, five miles south of Owen, Clark County, Tuesday morning at about four o'clock. She had been in ill health for many years, and for the past four years has not been able to leave her bed. She was born in Norway, and came to America in 1905, taking up her residence with her daughter. She leaves to mourn, three sons, who reside in Norway, and one son who makes his home in Seattle. Funeral services were held this afternoon from the Norwegian Lutheran Church at Longwood, and interment took place in Greenwood Cemetery.
