Marshall, Helen G. (1872 - 1873)

Our little Helen G., daughter of J. H. and H. C. Marshall, closed her eyes in the sweet slumbers of death, on the 30th day of April, 1873, aged 11 months and 15 days.

God sent the little stranger to entwine the tendrils of her beauteous soul around that of a fond father, mother, sisters and brother. For a few brief months she nestled there, bringing joy and gladness to those hearts now stricken with sorrow deep. Then at the call of Him whose blood had bought her, spread her glad wings and whispering sweet good bye, rose to her native skies and waits to welcome those she felt sorrowing below.
