Jackson, Arnold (1913 - 1980)
Arnold Jackson, former Greenwood, Clark County resident, died on
Wednesday, Jan. 23, 1980 at age 66 at Milwaukee.
Funeral services were held on Friday at 7:00 at the funeral home
with Rev. Anderson officiating. Burial was on Saturday at the Pine
Lawn Cemetery, Milwaukee.
Arnold Jackson worked for 30 years for the A.O. Smith Co. of
Milwaukee, from which he retired in 1978. He was married to
Lorraine Radmer of Milwaukee, who survives him, along with three
children, Robert, Thomas and Sue (Mrs. Mark Fressert) of Sawyer Air
Force Base, Sawyer, Mich. Two grandchildren, Mary and Mark also
survive, along with one sister, Mrs. Lil Warner of Greenwood five
brothers, Einar and Lawrence of Greenwood, Lee of Spencer, Harold
of La Crescent and Gordon of Clearwater, Fla.
Mr. and Mrs. Einar Jackson, Lee Jackson and Mrs. Lil Warner
attended the funeral services in Milwaukee.

Jackson, Arnold (27 January 1913 – 23 January 1980)
Arnold Jackson, 66, of Milwaukee and a former resident of Greenwood, died
Wednesday, January 23, in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Milwaukee, where he was
admitted November 28, following a stroke.
Mr. Jackson was born January 27, 1913, in Owen to Mr. and Mrs. Louis (Celia)
Jackson. He received his education in the Longwood and Owen Schools. He was
married in Milwaukee to Lorraine Radner, January 24, 1943. He went to Milwaukee
in 1941 where he worked for 30 years for the A.O. Smith Company, retiring in
1978.
Surviving him is his wife, three children, Robert and Thomas of Milwaukee and
Mrs. Mark (Sue) Fressert pf Sawyer Air Force Base. Sawyer, Mi., two
grandchildren, Mary and Dark, one sister, Mrs. Don (Lillian) Warner of
Greenwood; and five brothers, Einar and Laurence of Greenwood, Lee of Spencer,
Harold of La Crescent, Mn., and Gordon of Clearwater, Fla. A brother Norman
preceded him in death.
The funeral was attended by his sister, five brothers and his sister-in-law,
Mrs. Einar Jackson.
