Grap, Lewis M. (1942 - 1980)
Funeral services of Lewis M. Grap, 37, of 202 West Division St.,
Neillsville, Clark County, were conducted at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday,
Aug. 13, at Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville.
Mr. Grap died in the emergency room of St. Joseph's Hospital,
Marshfield of an apparent heart attack after collapsing while
playing in a softball tournament in Pittsville.
Officiating was Rev. Ralph Stuebs of Immanuel Lutheran Church,
Globe. Interment was in the Neillsville Cemetery.
Lewis Grap was born in Neillsville on Sept. 2, 1942. He attended
school in Globe and graduated in 1960 from Neillsville High School.
He worked in Milwaukee a couple of years and then returned to
Neillsville.
He was employed by Greenwood, Miller and Parks Accounting in
Marshfield until 1974, then was employed by Quicker Accounting in
Neillsville.
He was a member of the Neillsville Lions Club.
He married Judy A. Miller on Sept. 9, 1967 in Neillsville.
Surviving him are his wife three children, Michelle, Christine and
Stacy, all at home his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frederick (Lucille
Butler) Grap, Sr. of Neillsville three sisters, Mrs. Clarence
(June) Huetternrack of Milwaukee, Mrs. Gary (JoAnn) Ruzik,
Neillsville and Mrs. Daniel (Susan) Schwark of Willard and two
brothers, Ronald, Pamona, Cal. And Frederick, Jr., Neillsville.
Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville, was in charge of arrangement.
