Funeral services for Mrs. Miles (Phyllis) Jurceka, 46, of 29W 171
Schick Road, Bartlett, Ill., were at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 3,
at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard.
Mrs. Jurceka died early Thursday morning, July 1, 1982, at her
mother's cottage on Mead Lake of an apparent heart attack.
Rev. Joseph Henseler of St. Mary of St. Mary's Catholic Church,
Neillsville, officiated and burial was in Holy Family Catholic
Cemetery. Rinka Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Phyllis Seliska was born on Sept. 15, 1935, at Hibbing, Minn. She
graduated from Greenwood High School in 1953.
After her graduation she worked as a telephone operator in Lake
Forest, Ill.
She was married to Miles Jurceka at Willard on Sept. 3, 1955.
She was a member of the Resurrection Catholic Church, Wayne,
Ill.
She is survived by her husband, Miles one son, Thomas of Milwaukee
three daughters, Mrs. George (Nancy) McGrath of Bolingbrook, Ill.,
Miss Diane Jurceka of Hinsdale, Ill. and Miss Joyce Jurceka, at
home her mother, Mrs. Evelyn Seliskar of Greenwood two brothers,
James Seliskar of Greenwood and William Seliskar of Melrose Park,
Ill. two sisters, Mrs. Michael (Judith) Benzel of Menomonie and
Maryann, at home and three grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her father.
