LLOYD HEBERT (1897 - 1994)
Lloyd Louis Hebert, 96, Colby, Clark County,
died Friday, July 29, 1994, at Colonial House Nursing and
Rehabilitation Center, Colby. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m.
on Monday, Aug. 1, 1994, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer. Rev.
William Ruhbusch officiated. Burial was in the West Spencer
Cemetery.
Lloyd Louis Hebert was born on Sept. 26, 1897, in Unity, to William
Louis and Mabel (nee Pickett) Hebert. He received his education at
Spencer area schools. He married Julia Johnson on April 16, 1918,
in Greenwood. She preceded him in death on Sept. 12, 1982. He was a
farmer and a carpenter. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran
Church.
Survivors include four sons, Donald (Mary Jane) Hebert, Spencer
Gerald Hebert, Spencer Virgil (Shirley) Hebert, Spencer, and Ward
(Verlene) Hebert, Marshfield five daughters, Ruby Neumann,
Marshfield Virgean Zahn, Spencer Lois (Richard) Oestreich, Spencer
Arlene (Ralph) Will, Colby and Betty (Ray) Boehning, Minneapolis,
Minn. 41 grandchildren 92 great-grandchildren and 11
great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, two
grandchildren, one great-grandchild three brothers and two
sisters.
Community Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
