Seif, Willie (1876 - 18 Mar 1899)
Saturday morning at six o'clock death entered the home of Mr. Fred
Seif in the town of Weston, Clark County, and called to the better
land his second born son, Willie. Deceased had reached the age of
22 years and his untimely death causes a sensitive blow to his
parents, brothers, and numerous friends, who are bereaved of a
loving son, brother and faithful friend. Several weeks ago, while
at work in camp he was attacked by "La Grippe." Having scarcely
recovered, a relapse took place, obliging him to come home for
medical treatment. But in spite of all medical science, his
condition resulted in a complication of diseases, inducing death to
end his strife. Funeral services occurred Monday at 1 p.m. at the
home of the deceased, Rev. Willan conducting the ceremony. We
sympathize with the mourners in the hour of affliction and express
our cordial thanks to Rev. Willan for those consoling words spoken
over the casket.
