King, Elizabeth (7 Mar 1839 - 25 Jan
1900)
Mrs. Elizabeth King, the wife of Edward King,
died at their home in the town of Grant, Clark County, Thursday,
Jan. 25, 1900, after a very brief illness. Her age was sixty years,
ten months and eighteen days. She was born in Buffalo, N.Y., her
maiden name being Elizabeth Buss. She was one of the old residents
of the town of Grant and the city of Neillsville, where she lived
for thirty-four years, and were she has many friends. She leaves a
husband, four sons, seven daughters and twenty grandchildren to
mourn her death. The funeral took place Sunday from the residence
at two o'clock p.m., Rev. A .B. Scovill officiating.
