Hughes, Mary (28 Nov 1876 - 2 Mar 1900)


Mrs. Mary Hughes, wife of John Hughes, died at her home in the Town of Grant, Clark County, March 2nd, 1900, aged 23 years, 4 months and 4 days. The cause of her death was consumption. The deceased's maiden name was Mary Lezotte, being the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ephraim Lezotte of the town of Weston. She was married to Earl Gallaher of this city June 14, 1894, and removed to Milwaukee where Mr. Gallaher died. After his death she returned to Clark County and was married to John Hughes, June 9, 1899. The funeral was held Monday at the Catholic Church.
