Gorzalski, Marie (13 Apr 1908 - 10 Jun 1928)
Marie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kryzanski, and wife of Mr. Ed Gorzalski, passed away Sunday at four o'clock a.m., in St. Joseph's Sanitarium at Albuquerque, N.M., after a long illness of tuberculosis. She was 20 years, 1 month and 27 days old. She lived with her parents in the town of Withee, Clark County, Wis. until she was married to Mr. Ed Gorzalski of Milwaukee, July 6, 1925 by Father Kulig at St. Hedwig's Church. She took ill in March 1927 and was taken to Albuquerque, N.M.. The doctor announced her cured, Dec. 30, 1927, and she was getting along nicely until she broke down with the flu, which cause her death. She was brought here by her husband, who was with her until death. She was buried at St. Hedwig's Cemetery on Saturday, June 9th, 1928. She leaves to mourn, her husband, father, mother, five sisters, Rose, Mildred, Rooney, Alice and Lucy, and two brothers, Mike and Joe. Those from out of town who attended the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. B. Gorzalski, Mr. and Mrs. Ignatowski, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gapinski of Milwaukee, and Mr. and Mrs. John Wisnewski and children of Racine. "May her soul rest in peace."
